Uventex Sports Hub

Sport Event Management platform

Challenge

Uventex needed to modernize its platform to better serve athletes, studios, and large organizations like AAU Sports.

Their design system was inconsistent, workflows were inefficient, and their product interfaces felt outdated compared to industry standards.

Solution

Uventex brought me on to rebuild their design system for consistency and scalability, redesign core pages like the landing page and athletes page to improve clarity and engagement, prototype new concepts to support upcoming partnerships and deals, and optimize design workflows to make collaboration smoother and development handoff more effective.

I produced wireframes and prototypes that directly supported business development efforts. These deliverables helped Uventex secure deals that brought tens of thousands of new customers to the platform, expanding both reach and impact.

Design System Overhaul

Rebuilt Uventex’s fragmented Figma files into a cohesive, scalable design system. This included standardized components for buttons, forms, navigation, and filters. The result was a unified visual language that made development smoother and reduced design debt.

Landing Page & Athletes Page

Streamlined layouts to align with common user patterns and gave priority to clear entry points. On the landing page, I emphasized immediate value propositions and simplified the flow into key offerings. On the athletes page, I reorganized content to make profiles and stats more digestible while enhancing the overall visual hierarchy.

Dashboard Prototype for AAU Sports

Designed and prototyped a modern, data-driven dashboard that showcased how Uventex could support large-scale athletic organizations. This prototype was instrumental in helping secure a major partnership deal with AAU Sports, as it gave stakeholders a tangible vision of the product’s potential.

Social media Design

To strengthen Uventex’s brand identity and outreach, I assisted in creating polished graphics for social media campaigns. These designs translated the refreshed visual language into engaging content that promoted events, product features, and community updates across digital platforms.

Workflow Optimization

Beyond visual design, I optimized workflows within Figma to make iteration and collaboration more efficient. By standardizing file structures and component usage, the design and development teams could move faster and with fewer errors.

My work at Uventex created measurable improvements for both internal teams and external users:

Cohesive design system

Reduced inconsistencies across the product and gave the dev team a stronger foundation for implementation. Restructured Figma workflows accelerated iteration and set up the design team for more efficient handoff.

Streamlined user flows

Landing and athlete pages became clearer and more engaging, improving navigation and comprehension. The dashboard wireframe and prototype played a direct role in securing a partnership with AAU Sports, contributing to an increase of roughly 10,000 new users.

Stronger brand presence

Social media designs aligned with the new system, giving Uventex a more professional, consistent look online.

The result was a stronger, more professional product presence that elevated Uventex’s credibility with athletes, studios, and major organizations alike.
